The Adventurer is a comedy written, directed and starring Charlie Chaplin. It is the twelfth and final film produced by Chaplin with Mutual Film. It was released on October 22, 1917 and is considered to be one of Chaplin's best works.

*2021 and still watching...amazing!!!* Chaplin was absolutely an incredible man, he could do things that require incredible skills and that was when film technology was so primitive and under development. Woe is me!- In that I neglected (my duty) towards Allah, and was but among those who mocked أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ "Or (lest) it should say: 'If only Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous Quran .islam//
