Thank you. Since I follow your recipe, never bought marmalade from store again. May God be with you and your beloved ones.
That's what I like - some real passion around marmalade.
Vanessa Mpofu I’m not sure how long does Recipe’s owner keep. But I boiled a container before use it and let it dry completely. So it stays good for over month. Usually it’s gone too quick tho!
How long does it keep?
I think thats a little much for marmalade
You are Super ! ! ! Good Luck ! ! ! Thank you very much for this video ! ! !

The best way to make orange marmalade!
Ma'am I'm still in college, want to make this for my mama as she wanted to eat this as she saw it in a shop but was too expensive. How can we know how much grams the orange is and sugar. Is there any tip like 1 orange, so many table spoons. Would be really helpful, thankyou
@shaziya's recipes Thank you so much Ma'am, this is really helpful. God bless you :)
Use measuring cups, for juice and sugar... 200 grams of sugar is equal to 1 cup and 250 ml of juice is equal to 1 cup
Very good 👍👍🍊🍊
Is water 1.1/4 liters , 5 cups of water, or you meant 1.1/4 ML? Thanks
My 1 cup measures 250ml
Thank you made it was really good Use of candy thermometer helps too
Paddington reminds me to watch this video😄😍
I made it 3days back and it is so tasty delicious. Thanks Shazia for the recipe. I have stored it in a glass jar since then but today I felt like a bit of crystallisation of the sugar. Is it a normal thing or have I done any mistake? I haven't kept it on freezer. So I thought that it is happening for that reason. please Shazia let me know how to stop getting it crystallized to get that delicious fluid back.
@shaziya's recipes yes, I did
Did you add lemon juice? No need to freeze
How long it lasts?
هي لله يا اختي في لله اشتراك لله
quick & simple recipe . .. I like it!
Just have a bunch of oranges and don't know what to do with them so here we are
If I use bitter oranges (Seville) growing wild in Spain could I omit the lemon?
Lemon juice stops crystallising the sugar

My true calling
This might sound like a silly question, but can the muslin be washed out and re-used for more marmalade making in future? I’ve never cooked anything with muslin before, so I’m genuinely clueless. This looks too tasty not to try out 🙂
Yes, of course you can
I’ve made several different recipes for orange marmalade trying to find the best one and this one will definitely be my go-to from now on.. There’s no cloudiness...It turns out nice and clear with just the right amount of bitterness to it...Thank you for sharing this!...🍊💕
My pleasure.... glad to hear your feedback

Something tells me that marmalade will be used for other purposes besides eating.
I just made marmalade today and the results turned out delicious. And I thank you for making this video.
My pleasure.... really happy to hear your feedback 😊
One question Doesn’t the cover of the orange tastes horrifying
Honestly the best marmalade recipe
@shaziya's recipes pleasure😁
thanks for this im making it now :)
Could you PLEASE translate unto ounces , act for us poor uneducated colonists???
And no gelatine? Make sure you use oranges without wax.
Mam u made jam marmalade or jelly marmalade can u plz reply
what is the purpose of including the pulp and white part to a cloth? doesn't the white part makes the marmalade taste bitter?
It releases pectin .... marmalade tastes little bitter
Nice orange marmalade!😋👍❤️❤️
Can sugarbe substitute with honey?
Just in the process of making some now in Thailand The pith is quite hard to remove from the orange skin So after removing it all I saved half for tomorrows batch Looking forward to jam on toast tomorrow
What is the size of the muslin cloth used in this recipe?
2 to 3 months at room temperature
Watching the video while salivating...what if i don't have a muslin cloth
Just use any clean kerchief
Mam can we also add some orange pieces (after taking out all the chilka of it) so that when we eat it will give some special taste.
Mam thanks for sharing your recipe. It's just simple. Mam regarding storage how long can we store. No need to add lemon juice to increase the storage life. Thanks in advance and have a nice day always.
@shaziya's recipes thanks
Nice. No need for store bought pectin.
Lovely video. Criminal I know but I don’t like the peel in my marmalade. At what point can I remove it before jarring. Thx.
You can skip adding
the thing I like about this is that, you aren't wasting any part of the orange :3 also, i'm here because of Paddington XD
Hello I have a question can i do it without sugar? Or is sugar needed for the texture? I can't eat sugar Great video.
Sugar is must
In the video the jam was very 'liquid' when you poured into the jar, did it become thick overnight?
Yes, it becomes thick once it cools down
You just add to the lime.
Thanks for sharing your recipe Shaziya. I made it and it is delicious and oh so simple to make.
My pleasure dear.... glad to hear your feedback 😍
Have a question. Don't I need to discard peels??
@shaziya's recipes thank you for answering! 😊😊
Fatma Qureshi those julienned tastes really yum.... so, no need to discard
@shaziya's recipes actually what I mean is that those peels(juliennes) became the part of Jam so does that taste good or I can remove them through strainer
Please watch full video
I'm hav ing problems in making this marmalade, what is the thickness of your gelatine? When I make this marmalade, the water goes down in the pot which means there's less marmalade. I don't use granulated sugar, I use splenda , which means I use less, which in turn means it probably doesn't thicken as much. How many oranges would you need to make just 1 jar of marmalade? I wonder could you get back to me on this? Thank you.😎🤘👍
I have not used gelatin in this recipe.... try this recipe it works
This recipe is the best wow. Thank you 👍👍👍😘😘😘
very good recipe
i am excited to buy oranges to do the marmalade.tnx for sharing
Look good seems like lot of work
‘Aside’ is one word Just saying......
made this and it's delicious 💗
How much quantity of jam we can get from half kg oranges..?
Thanks for this video. By the way, how is the shelf life of the marmalade if I don't refrigerate it?
@shaziya's recipes of it's refrigerated?
The only reason I am here is because of Paddington it looked soo delicious
