- 1Tsp Baking powder
(ベーキングパウダー)
- Bake at 170℃ for 40 minutes

●GANACHE CHOCOLATE:
- 300g Dark chocolate

- 300g Whipping cream
(生クリーム)
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes

- White chocolate

- Hot water

- Refrigerate for 30 minutes

- 90g Gelatin

- 400ml Water
(水)
- Wait for 15 minutes
(15分待つ)
- 600ml Hot water
(お湯)
- 220g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 50ml Lemon juice
(レモン汁)
- Food Coloring
(食品着色料)
- Cool off
(冷やす)
- Refrigerate for 4 hours
(冷蔵庫で4時)
