TODAY'S RECIPE IS Orange Jam | Homemade Orange Jelly Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1/2 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Bring it to a boil
Boil for 5 mins
Orange juice 1 cup
Mix well
Cook until boil
Gelatine (veg) 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Dissolve the gelatine
Boil for 5 min
Strain
Pour into a clean jar
Let it rest until set
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

No...corn flour is used for thickning slury or soup like something....and it works instantly while gelatin works after it gets cool down
